The Zulu Wine project was created in 2015, initiatially by Christophe Albero, who has sadly passed away. Some time after his tragic passing, Jessica Albero, his wife, supported by Laurent Pujol, decided to continue the adventure. The concept is simple: similar to small record labels, who defend and promote independent artists, the Zulu team distributes, defends and creates collaborations with local, independent winemakers (Tom Lubbe of Matassa , Gille Troullier, Sébastien Agelet of De Mena, etc.) All the bottles feature charming and original labels, which are meant to reflect the quality and sensations one gets when drinking the wines. Zulu's unique and recognizable wines are not only fun to look at, but damn are they delicious.
